Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beyond Only Exim. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality food products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

a. Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of perishable goods, including but not limited to food items, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

b. Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable goods, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

c. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mail@beyondonlyexim.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Refunds

a. Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

b. Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

c. Non-Refundable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care items

3. Shipping

a. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and shipping time will be 0-7 days.

b. Damaged/Defective Item Shipping: For items received damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at mail@beyondonlyexim.com to arrange for the return.

5. Exceptions

a. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

b. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail@beyondonlyexim.com and send your item to: [Insert Address].

6. Additional Information

a. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail@beyondonlyexim.com.

b. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
