Exchange Policy
At Beyond Only Exim, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
a. Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept exchanges for food items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
b. Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable goods, you may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mail@beyondonlyexim.com or call us at +91 63-09-09-9009. We will arrange for a replacement of the same item.
3. Exchange Process
a. Request an Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact us at mail@beyondonlyexim.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
b. Shipping Instructions: If your exchange request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item to us.
c. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is approved for exchange, we will send you the replacement item.
4. Shipping Costs
a. Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
b. Damaged/Defective Items: For items received damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at mail@beyondonlyexim.com to arrange for the return.

6. Exceptions
a. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale items are non-exchangeable.
b. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange the item by following the standard exchange process. If you receive an exchanged item as a gift, a gift receipt will be included with the replacement item.
7. Additional Information
a. Exchange Timeframe: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will provide tracking information for the exchanged item once it is shipped.
